Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most European countries. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Western Europe: 7–14 business days
- Northern Europe: 7–14 business days
- Eastern Europe: 10–18 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our homepage for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside Turkey, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
